What is the process to secure a lot?
Starting June 8th, a Reservation Agreement will be available, requiring a $5,000 non-refundable deposit (unless the developer does not proceed). This agreement reserves a specific lot and allows entry into a Purchase and Sales Agreement with the developer, expected by August 15/September 15, 2024. This binding contract will require a 10% purchase price deposit in escrow, non-refundable unless the developer defaults. Closing on lot will take place estimated February/March of 2025.
Can I rent my house out?
Yes, but ONLY to other lot owners of The Peninsula at Wilson Lake. Later the developer will expand the ability to rent your home to Full Equity Members of Turtle Point Yacht and Country Club that is in good standing.
